45 minute sessions to capture every space on the property in an attractive way for prospective buyers/renters.

This includes the required editing to brighten rooms and photoshop where needed to remove clutter, unappealing cords, etc.

Apartments and homes under 1500 sqft $100

Homes over 1500 sqft $125

​

Any larger edits may result in an additional fee.

Virtual staging can be customized to fit your needs. 

Sessions that take place outside of HRM will require a travel fee, please request out a quote below.
